Job summary

FirstService Residential is seeking a Community Service Officer for the Poinciana Villages HOA to monitor covenants and respond to resident requests. The officer operates a marked vehicle and ensures compliance with local and HOA rules.

Work schedule is Monday to Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm, 40 hours weekly, with full benefits including medical plans, dental, vision, 401k with company match, paid holidays, and travel for training as needed.

Qualifications

• Eligible to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid Florida Class E Driver License with clean MVR.
• Proficient English for radio and written reports.
• Strong communication and public relations skills.
• Typing speed of 20 wpm.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and enforce the Poinciana Subdivision Declaration, Design Control Board Criteria and Master Signage Criteria.
• Maintain professional conduct in appearance, speech, manner and actions while on duty.
• Inspect vehicles and equipment at shift start and report deficiencies.
• Submit legible, concise reports as required.
• Operate the vehicle in accordance with Florida Motor Vehicle Laws.
• Observe all Federal, State, County laws.
• Perform additional duties as required by department, company, and community needs.
• Monitor construction sites for adherence to Criteria.
