Qualifications

• Previous luxury retail sales with relevant clientele focused experience.
• Proven track record in achieving sales results.
• Exceptional clientele, customer relationship building skills.
• Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Possess computer skills to operate our retail POS system, and MS Office Programs such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Brand Experience: Master the Client Journey to create strong long term client relationships.
• Styling: Strive to discover your clients and their every need, and to guide them across all categories of the brand.
• Merchandise and Visuals: Assist with sales and after sales activities and maintain stock readiness.
• Operations: Use POS system for client transactions and support daily store tasks.
