Job summary

Aimbridge Hospitality’s Courtyard Tucson Airport is seeking a Front Desk Agent to deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will greet guests, manage check-ins/outs, handle reservations, and coordinate with teams to ensure smooth service.

Ideal candidates bring a high school diploma, familiarity with hotel software and MS Office, and a passion for welcoming guests with a friendly, professional demeanor. Weekend and holiday availability is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality experience preferred.
• Experience with hotel management software and MS Office is desirable.
• Strong guest service orientation and professional communication skills required.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm welcomes and smooth check-ins for guests.
