Courtyard Houston Downtown Convention Center is seeking a friendly Front Desk Agent to welcome guests, manage check-ins and check-outs, and coordinate guest requests with the hotel team. You will handle reservations and inquiries, communicate clearly with guests and colleagues, and keep the front desk organized.

The role requires a high school diploma (or equivalent) and familiarity with hotel software and Microsoft Office.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
