Job summary

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma (or equivalent) and hospitality experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous hospitality or food & beverage service experience is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with guests and coworkers professionally.
• Must obtain and maintain required certifications (e.g., Alcohol Awareness, Food Handler’s Card) per state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a smile and take accurate orders.
• Guide guests through the menu, including ingredients and dietary needs.
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of food and drinks.
• Manage multiple tables while keeping spaces clean and organized.
• Handle transactions and close checks following company and security protocols.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of the service area in line with hygiene standards.
• Stay energized on your feet and perform duties with endurance throughout the shift.

Education & Experience:
