Qualifications

  • Three years at a progressively responsible administrative level.
  • Professional, cooperative and congenial demeanor at all times.
  • Strong administrative, organizational, analytical and writing ability.
  • Solid computer skills with Word and Windows.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule trials, hearings and other events for pending cases.
  • Monitor case filings using the automated case management system.
  • Prepare files for judges and draft judgments and orders.
  • Docket judgments, orders and notices; assist with courtroom management.
  • Take notes, coordinate exhibits, and maintain courtroom decorum.
