Job summary

SHROFF INVESTMENTS, INC. is seeking an Overnight Security Agent to protect guests, owners, and team members at our Myrtle Beach resort. The role requires independence, vigilance, and decisive action during the overnight shift from 11 PM to 7 AM.

You will report incidents, coordinate with departments, and conduct periodic security checks to prevent theft, vandalism, and emergencies. Competitive hourly pay, benefits, and weekly pay are offered to qualified candidates.

Qualifications

• Available to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• CPR or First Aid certification preferred.
• Previous security experience preferred.
• Must be able to walk 8 hours.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Follow all safety and security policies; report hazards.
• Call for assistance when needed (police, EMS, fire).
• Complete incident reports for Loss Prevention incidents.
• Maintain confidentiality of reports/documents; release only to authorized individuals.
• Inspect building and grounds for theft, embezzlement, vandalism, fire, and accidents; know emergency systems.
• Maintain inspection reports and inform management of deficiencies.
• Provide outstanding guest/owner service and directions; deliver packages/amenities.
• Patrol interior and perimeter of the resort to identify risks or unsafe conditions.
• Assist management with other duties as requested.

Job description-

We are seeking aprofessional, proactive individual that is self-motivated and confident inmaking independent decisions and assisting in ensuring the safety of allguests, owners and team members.The security agent will identifyand report incidents on and around the property. The security agent will workclosely with all departments to ensure the safety of employees and guests.

• Overnight Shift – 11PM –7AM

Job responsibilitiesinclude but are not limited to -

• Follow all company safety andsecurity policies and procedures; report any maintenance problems/safetyhazards
• Call for assistance when needed(police, Ems, fire department, etc.)
• Completes incident reports todocument all Loss Prevention related incidents
• Maintains confidentiality ofall Loss Prevention and property reports/documents; releases informationonly to authorized individuals.
• Performs periodic and randominspections of the building and grounds protecting property from theft,embezzlement, vandalism, fire, and accidents. Good understanding ofemergency systems and alarm systems.
• Maintains inspection reportsand records, advises management of deficiencies
• Provides outstanding guest/ownerservice at all times including answering general inquiries, providingdirections, delivering packages/amenities
• Patrol the interior andperimeter of the resort to observe and identify. Potential security andsafety risks or undesirable conditions.
• Other requests of management tohelp co-workers with their job duties
