Essential Job Functions:

• Greet customers and bag groceries at checkout, ensuring items are bagged efficiently and without damage.
• Assist customers by removing merchandise from baskets and offering help with loading bags into cars.
• Perform basic shelf conditioning and inform customers of grocery specials.
• Return merchandise to shelves, gather and return shopping carts, and maintain cleanliness inside and outside the store.
• Handle seasonal merchandise and understand store layout for product location and price checks.
• Follow safety procedures, report unsafe conditions, and adhere to food safety regulations.
• Inspect equipment, perform preventive maintenance, and notify management of repairs.
• Create a welcoming environment by engaging with customers and answering questions about products.
• Comply with all legal, safety, and company guidelines.
• Work cooperatively in a high-paced environment, managing conflict professionally and acting with honesty and integrity.
• Support customers, including minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
• Perform all essential functions with or without reasonable accommodations.
