Responsibilities include:

• Bagging groceries efficiently while ensuring contents are not damaged.
• Assisting customers with loading bags into their cars.
• Performing basic shelf conditioning and restocking merchandise.
• Informing customers about grocery specials and returning merchandise to shelves.
• Managing shopping carts and maintaining cleanliness inside and outside the store.
• Handling seasonal merchandise and assisting with store layout understanding.
• Reinforcing safety procedures and adhering to food safety regulations.
• Maintaining equipment and creating a welcoming environment for customers.
• Following all legal and company guidelines, managing conflicts professionally, and acting with integrity.
• Supporting customers with special needs and performing essential job functions with or without accommodations.
