Responsibilities include:

• Bagging groceries efficiently and carefully, aiming for at least five items per bag without damage.
• Following best practices for bagging in reusable, plastic, or paper bags.
• Assisting customers with loading bags into their vehicles.
• Performing basic shelf conditioning and restocking merchandise.
• Informing customers about grocery specials and returning merchandise to shelves.
• Gathering and returning shopping carts.
• Cleaning spills, trash, and maintaining store cleanliness inside and outside.
• Handling seasonal merchandise and assisting with store layout and product location.
• Ensuring safety by following procedures and reporting unsafe conditions.
• Adhering to food safety regulations and maintaining equipment.
• Creating a welcoming environment for customers and assisting with inquiries.
• Following all laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Working cooperatively in a high-paced environment and managing conflicts calmly.
• Acting with honesty and integrity, respecting customer and business confidentiality.
• Supporting and assisting diverse customer needs, including minors, individuals with special needs, and seniors.
