Responsibilities include:

• Bagging groceries efficiently and carefully, aiming for at least five items per bag without damage.
• Following best practices for bagging in different types of bags.
• Assisting in removing merchandise from carts for checkout.
• Offering to help customers load bags into their vehicles.
• Performing basic shelf conditioning and restocking merchandise.
• Informing customers about grocery specials.
• Returning merchandise to shelves and gathering carts.
• Cleaning spills, trash, and maintaining cleanliness inside and outside the store.
• Handling seasonal merchandise and assisting with store layout and product location.
• Ensuring safety procedures are followed and reporting unsafe conditions.
• Adhering to food safety regulations and guidelines.
• Inspecting equipment and reporting repairs needed.
• Creating a welcoming environment for customers and providing product information.
• Following all laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Working cooperatively in a high-paced environment and managing conflicts professionally.
