Create an outstanding customer experience through exceptional service. Establish and maintain a safe and clean environment that encourages our customers to return. Demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety of others.

Responsibilities

1. Bag groceries at checkout for customers, striving for at least five items per bag without damage.
2. Follow best practices for bagging in various types of bags.
3. Assist in removing customer merchandise from shopping carts for checkout.
4. Offer help to customers with loading bags into their cars.
5. Perform basic shelf conditioning and inform customers of grocery specials.
6. Return merchandise to shelves, gather and return shopping carts, and maintain store cleanliness.
7. Handle seasonal merchandise, understand store layout, locate products, and conduct price checks.
8. Reinforce safety programs, adhere to food safety regulations, and inspect equipment.
9. Create a welcoming environment by assisting customers and answering questions.
10. Follow all laws, regulations, and company guidelines, and manage conflict appropriately.
11. Support and assist customers including minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
12. Perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodations.
