Responsibilities

1. Bag groceries at checkout, striving for at least five items per bag without damage.
2. Follow best practices for bagging in various types of bags (reusable, plastic, paper).
3. Assist in removing merchandise from shopping carts for checkout.
4. Offer to help customers load bags into their cars.
5. Perform basic shelf conditioning and inform customers of specials.
6. Return merchandise to shelves and gather bascarts.
7. Maintain cleanliness inside and outside the store, including spills and trash.
8. Handle seasonal merchandise and understand store layout for product location and price checks.
9. Reinforce safety procedures, report unsafe conditions, and adhere to food safety regulations.
10. Inspect equipment, report repairs, and create a welcoming environment for customers.
11. Follow all laws, regulations, and company guidelines.
12. Work cooperatively in a fast-paced environment, manage conflicts professionally, and act with honesty and integrity.
13. Support interactions with minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
14. Perform essential functions with or without reasonable accommodations.
