Job Description: Courtesy Clerk/Grocery Bagger

Our goal is to create an outstanding customer experience through exceptional service. The Courtesy Clerk/Grocery Bagger is responsible for bagging groceries at checkout, assisting customers with loading bags into their cars, and maintaining store cleanliness and safety.

Responsibilities include:

1. Bag groceries efficiently, ensuring contents are not damaged and using appropriate bags.
2. Assist customers with loading their groceries into vehicles.
3. Perform basic shelf conditioning and merchandise return.
4. Inform customers about grocery specials and store promotions.
5. Maintain cleanliness inside and outside the store, including spills, trash, and parking lot areas.
6. Handle seasonal merchandise and assist with store layout and product location.
7. Follow safety procedures, report unsafe conditions, and adhere to food safety regulations.
8. Support store operations by assembling seasonal displays and conducting price checks.
9. Create a welcoming environment for customers and provide excellent service.
10. Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
11. Work cooperatively in a high-paced environment, managing conflicts professionally.
12. Assist customers, including minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults, with respect and care.
