Responsibilities include:

• Bagging groceries efficiently and carefully, aiming for at least five items per bag without damage.
• Using best practices for various bag types.
• Assisting in removing merchandise from carts and loading bags into customer vehicles.
• Performing shelf conditioning, restocking, and merchandising tasks.
• Informing customers about specials and returning merchandise to shelves.
• Collecting and returning shopping carts, cleaning spills, and maintaining cleanliness inside and outside the store.
• Handling seasonal merchandise and assisting with price checks and store layout navigation.
• Following safety procedures, reporting unsafe conditions, and adhering to food safety regulations.
• Supporting a welcoming environment by assisting customers and answering questions.
• Following all legal, safety, and company guidelines, and managing conflicts professionally.
• Providing support to minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
• Performing essential duties with or without reasonable accommodations.
