Responsibilities include:

• Bagging groceries efficiently while ensuring contents are not damaged.
• Assisting customers with loading bags into their cars.
• Performing basic shelf conditioning and restocking merchandise.
• Informing customers of specials and returning merchandise to shelves.
• Managing shopping carts and maintaining cleanliness inside and outside the store.
• Handling seasonal merchandise and assisting with store layout and product location.
• Following safety procedures, food safety regulations, and proper equipment maintenance.
• Creating a welcoming environment for customers.
• Adhering to all laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Working cooperatively in a high-paced environment and managing conflicts respectfully.
• Supporting customers, including minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
