Responsibilities include:

• Bagging groceries efficiently and carefully, aiming for at least five items per bag without damage.
• Following best practices for bagging in reusable, plastic, and paper bags.
• Assisting customers by removing merchandise from shopping carts and helping load bags into their vehicles.
• Performing basic shelf conditioning and informing customers about grocery specials.
• Restocking shelves and returning shopping carts to designated areas.
• Cleaning spills, trash, and maintaining cleanliness inside and outside the store.
• Handling seasonal merchandise and assisting with store layout and product location.
• Conducting price checks and adhering to safety and food safety regulations.
• Reporting unsafe conditions and participating in preventive maintenance.
• Creating a welcoming environment by engaging with customers and answering questions.
• Following all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Working cooperatively in a fast-paced, sometimes stressful environment and managing conflicts professionally.
• Acting with honesty and integrity, and providing support to customers including minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
• Performing essential functions with or without reasonable accommodations.

Salary Range: $15.00 - $15.70
