Responsibilities:

• Bag groceries efficiently and carefully, aiming for at least five items per bag without damage.
• Follow best practices for bagging in various types of bags.
• Assist customers with loading bags into their vehicles.
• Perform basic shelf conditioning and inform customers about specials.
• Return merchandise to shelves and gather/return shopping carts.
• Maintain cleanliness inside and outside the store, including spills and trash.
• Handle seasonal merchandise and assist with store layout and product location.
• Ensure safety protocols are followed, report hazards, and comply with food safety regulations.
• Support store environment that makes customers feel welcome and valued.
• Adhere to all laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Work cooperatively in a high-paced environment, managing conflicts professionally.
• Act with honesty and integrity, following directions and seeking help when needed.
• Support customers with special needs and minors, performing essential functions with or without accommodations.
