Position available: Courtesy Clerk (Bagger) - Student

Location: Food City / KVAT Foods Inc.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing efficient and courteous customer service at all times.
• Proper packaging of customer orders following company policies outlined in the bagging manual.
• Filling bag racks and unloading shopping carts for customers.
• Maintaining shopping carts and assisting in keeping the front end organized.
• Supporting cashiers in checkout processes for efficiency.
• Retrieving stray carts from parking lot and keeping the work area clean and organized.
• Stocking milk, eggs, and assisting customers in locating products.
• Understanding and explaining the ValuCard program.
• Keeping store areas, including bathrooms and parking lot, clean and litter-free.
• Assisting in store maintenance tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and trash collection.
• Replacing misplaced items and assisting in price changes with shelf tags.
• Other duties as assigned.
