• Provide efficient and courteous service to customers at all times.
• Follow proper procedures for packaging customer orders and adhere to company policies outlined in the bagging manual.
• Fill bag racks and assist in stocking milk and eggs.
• Unload shopping carts for customers and keep carts in designated areas.
• Assist cashiers during checkout and help customers locate products.
• Maintain cleanliness of work stations, store areas, bathrooms, and parking lot.
• Assist in sweeping, mopping, and keeping the store litter-free.
• Work in parcel pick-up areas, replace misplaced items, and manage trash and bale boxes.
• Understand and explain the ValuCard program and shelf tags for price changes.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
