Responsibilities include:

1. Provide efficient and courteous service to customers at all times.
2. Follow proper procedures for packaging customer orders according to company policies.
3. Fill bag racks and unload shopping carts for customers.
4. Assist in keeping shopping carts in their proper place and the work area tidy.
5. Help cashiers check out customers efficiently.
6. Retrieve stray carts from parking lot and keep parking lot litter free.
7. Assist in stocking milk, eggs, and other products; help customers locate items.
8. Understand and explain the ValuCard program.
9. Assist in cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and bathroom maintenance.
10. Manage parcel pick-up and replace misplaced items.
11. Use intercom properly and understand shelf tags for price changes.
12. Perform other duties as assigned.
