• Provide efficient and courteous service to customers at all times.
• Follow proper procedures for packaging customer orders, adhering to company policies outlined in the bagging manual.
• Fill bag racks and assist in stocking milk and eggs.
• Unload shopping carts for customers and keep carts in proper place.
• Assist cashiers in checking out customers efficiently.
• Retrieve stray carts from parking lot and keep the parking area litter-free.
• Maintain a neat and clean work station and store areas.
• Assist customers in locating products and explain the ValuCard program.
• Assist in sweeping, mopping, and maintaining bathrooms and store cleanliness.
• Work in parcel pick-up area as directed and replace misplaced items.
• Collect trash and bale boxes as needed.
• Use intercom properly and understand shelf tags for price changes.
• Stock merchandise and perform other duties as assigned.
