Responsibilities

• Provide efficient and courteous service to customers at all times.
• Follow proper procedures for packaging customer orders and adhere to company policies outlined in the bagging manual.
• Fill bag racks and unload shopping carts for customers.
• Assist in keeping shopping carts in their proper place on the front end and retrieve stray carts from the parking lot.
• Help keep work stations, store areas, bathrooms, and parking lot neat and clean.
• Assist in stocking milk, eggs, and merchandise, and help customers locate products.
• Support cashiers during checkout to ensure efficiency.
• Understand and explain the ValuCard program.
• Assist in sweeping, mopping, and maintaining cleanliness throughout the store.
• Replace misplaced items, collect trash, bale boxes, and manage parcel pick-up areas as directed.
• Use intercom properly and understand shelf tags for price changes.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
