• Assist in keeping shopping carts organized and store areas clean.
• Help cashiers check out customers efficiently.

Job description

• Provide efficient and courteous service to customers at all times.
• Follow proper procedures for packaging customer orders and adhere to company policies outlined in the bagging manual.
• Fill bag racks and unload shopping carts for customers.
• Assist in keeping shopping carts in their proper place on the front end and in stocking milk and eggs.
• Assist cashiers in checking out customers efficiently.
• Retrieve stray carts from the parking lot and keep work areas neat and clean.
• Assist customers in locating products and in stocking merchandise.
• Maintain cleanliness in bathrooms and all store areas, including sweeping and mopping.
• Assist in keeping the parking lot and shopping carts litter-free.
• Work in the parcel pick-up area as directed, replace misplaced items, and collect trash and bale boxes as needed.
• Properly use the intercom and understand shelf tags for price changes.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
