Job Description

The Courtesy Clerk provides efficient and courteous customer service, assisting with bagging, cart retrieval, stocking, and maintaining store cleanliness. Responsibilities include following bagging procedures, helping customers locate products, and keeping the store tidy.

Essential Job Functions

• Provide courteous customer service at all times.
• Follow proper bagging procedures and company policies.
• Assist in stocking and maintaining store cleanliness.
• Help with cart retrieval and parking lot maintenance.
• Support cashiers and assist customers as needed.
• Understand and explain the ValuCard program.
• Perform store cleaning tasks such as sweeping and mopping.
• Replace misplaced items and assist with price changes.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
