Responsibilities include:

• Provide efficient and courteous service to customers at all times.
• Follow proper procedures for packaging customer orders and adhere to company policies outlined in the bagging manual.
• Fill bag racks and unload shopping carts for customers.
• Assist in keeping shopping carts in their proper place and help keep the work area neat and clean.
• Support cashiers in checking out customers efficiently.
• Retrieve stray carts from the parking lot and help keep the parking lot litter-free.
• Assist in stocking milk and eggs, and help customers locate products.
• Know and explain the ValuCard program.
• Assist in sweeping, mopping, and maintaining cleanliness of store areas and bathrooms.
• Work in the parcel pick-up area as directed and replace misplaced items.
• Collect trash, bale boxes, and properly use the intercom system.
• Understand shelf tags for price changes and perform other duties as assigned.
