• Provide efficient and courteous service to customers at all times.
• Follow proper procedures for packaging customer orders and adhere to company policies outlined in the bagging manual.
• Fill bag racks and unload shopping carts for customers.
• Assist in keeping shopping carts in their proper place and help maintain a clean work environment.
• Assist cashiers with checkout processes to ensure efficiency.
• Retrieve stray carts from the parking lot and keep the parking lot litter-free.
• Help stock milk and eggs, and assist customers in locating products.
• Maintain neatness of the work station and surrounding areas, including bathrooms.
• Assist in sweeping, mopping, and general cleaning of store areas.
• Help in the parcel pick-up area and replace misplaced items.
• Properly use the intercom system and understand shelf tags for price changes.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
