Responsibilities

• Perform data entry and scanning across multiple software programs.
• Input new civil traffic cases, schedule hearings and issue notices.
• Prepare and process filings while updating court records.
• Validate civil infractions and handle customer payments with cash, checks, and cards.
• Maintain confidentiality and adapt to flexible schedules including overtime.
