Osceola County Clerk of the Circuit & County Comptroller is seeking a motivated individual to interact with clients, process payments accurately, and provide excellent customer service both virtually and in person.

Qualifikationen

• HS Diploma or equivalent, some college preferred.
• Valid Florida Driver's License
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must be a U.S. citizen

• Represent the Clerk's Office in a professional manner
• Deliver best-in-class service experience virtually or in-person
• Ensure payments are accurately processed
• Reconcile cash transactions
• Input data into multiple system applications/software
• Communicate with coworkers, management, staff, the public, and others in a courteous and professional manner
• Works in a fast-paced, multi-project environment, including meeting commitments and deadlines
• Able to establish and maintain highly effective working relationships with all levels, both internally and externally
• Must be available to work overtime if needed
• Performs other duties as assigned
