Qualifications

• Must meet NM Law Enforcement Academy or equivalent training within 30 days.
• Background check, drug/alcohol screening, and psychological evaluation required.

Responsibilities

• Patrol the Sandoval County Judicial Complex and adjacent facilities to deter disorder and protect people.
• Screen visitors with hand wand and walk-through magnetometers; operate X-ray machine for packages.
• Detain disorderly persons, take custody when needed, and document incidents accurately.
• Attend court proceedings and meetings to ensure security and order.
