Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED; AZ court reporter certification.
• Must possess or obtain by hire date a valid Arizona driver's license.
• Two years of professional court reporting experience preferred.
• Certification in real-time reporting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Report courtroom proceedings using stenograph equipment and transcription software.
• Read aloud from stenographic notes as required by court or counsel.
• Prepare, edit, and certify transcripts; research case citations and terminology.
• Distribute transcripts to relevant parties and maintain records.
