Outagamie County seeks a Deputy Clerk of Court to perform a variety of court-related tasks and support agencies, attorneys, and the public with civil, criminal, traffic, small claims, juvenile/adoption, family/paternity and other records.

Qualifications

• Must manage a large volume of information, documents and files in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to understand legal documents, statutes and court proceedings.
• Excellent typing and computer/document handling skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintains court records compliant with statutes and court rules.
• Documents case activity, manages exhibits, administers oaths to witnesses and jurors.
• Prepares written documentation of judgments and court proceedings; cancels warrants as needed.
