Job summary

The New York State Unified Court System is seeking a Court Analyst (Program Operations Support) in the Office of Court Administration - Communications Department in New York, NY. This role will strengthen partnerships with external stakeholders, including maintaining our current partnerships with community organizations.

This position will significantly expand the office’s capacity to increase community outreach statewide.

Qualifications

One year in the Assistant Court Analyst title; or Bachelor's degree from accredited college or university and one (1) year of relevant experience; or Master's degree in Public or Business Administration from an accredited college or university; or An equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

Coordinating logistics, scheduling, and communication for statewide civic engagement events and initiatives.
Assisting with implementation and preparing program materials, reports, presentations, and outreach content.
Tracking initiatives/program data, collecting feedback, producing data reports, and maintaining records and metrics.
Engaging with partners across agencies, schools, and community organizations.
Supporting the execution of large-scale events, conferences, and civic engagement activities.
Participating in statewide events and speaking engagements as needed.
Some travel may be required to support program operations.
