Washington County is seeking a dedicated Case Manager to support adults in the Washington County Court Support Services Program. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social work, science, criminal justice, or a related field.
• Utah Peer Support Specialist Certification.
• Four years of equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based case management services.
• Coordinate case action plans and treatment services.
• Monitor participant progress and program compliance.
• Maintain accurate case records and prepare court reports.
• Collaborate with courts, attorneys, law enforcement, treatment providers, and community resources.
• Conduct drug testing as needed.
• Provide courtroom testimony when required.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and applicable program requirements.
