Job summary

City of Billings ARC is seeking energetic, detail-oriented ARC Support Staff to prep, clean, and secure athletic courts for games, tournaments, and public use. You will set up hoops, nets, benches, and scoring tables, ensuring the floor remains safe and hazard-free.

This part-time role offers evenings and weekend hours with 15–30 hours weekly, in a dynamic sports facility. You will contribute to safe, efficient event operations and help maintain equipment and cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Strong knowledge of basketball, volleyball, pickleball layouts.
• Ability to spot safety hazards quickly.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with players, coaches, and guests.
• Ability to work independently without constant supervision.

Responsibilities

• Court setup and tear down of equipment.
• Perform routine court cleaning.
• Enforce safety rules and proper footwear.
• Respond to spills and hazards promptly.
• Coordinate with tournament staff to ensure smooth transitions.
• Inspect and store equipment at shift end.
