Pinal County is seeking a Court Clerk Supervisor to oversee Court Clerks handling customer service, court services, and collections. The role includes back-up support to the Judicial Office Supervisor and ensuring smooth daily operations.

You will coordinate staff rotations, assist with payroll, and maintain confidentiality while upholding court policies and procedures. A strong customer-service orientation and attention to detail are essential.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Court Clerks in customer service, court services and court collections.
• Serve as a back-up to the Judicial Office Supervisor.
• Coordinate coverage for duties and schedule Pro-temp Judges when needed.
• Prepare and submit payroll and ensure accuracy of case files.
