Pinal County is seeking a dedicated professional for a Judicial Office Clerk role in Arizona. The position involves planning, daily operations oversight, staff scheduling, payroll preparation, and ensuring accuracy in case management and public inquiries.
You will back up the Judicial Office Supervisor, coordinate coverage for vacations and rotations, and help improve efficiency while maintaining confidentiality and service quality within the court system.

Arizona residents must have an Arizona Driver’s License upon hire; newly established Arizona Residents must have one within 30 days of hire.
The work is sedentary and requires exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body. The hiring salary for this position is dependent upon experience, qualifications and position funding; starting salaries above the first quartile require additional approval.
