16th Judicial Circuit of Missouri is seeking a principal court clerk to manage case processing and electronic filing within a high-volume court system. You will analyze documents, prepare reports, and ensure accuracy in the automated case management system.

The role may supervise staff, coordinate court documents, and interact with attorneys, judges, and the public while upholding court rules and standards.

Qualificações

• Associate's degree or 60 college hours with 3 years varied admin experience, 1 year supervisory.
• Strong knowledge of court procedures, policies, and case management systems.
• Ability to work under high stress with minimal supervision and meet deadlines.
• Background screenings will be conducted as part of the hiring process.

Responsabilidades

• Performs case processing and data entry in electronic filing and case management systems.
• Reviews documents for filing information and ensures compliance with court rules.
• Performs accounting duties and prepares daily/weekly/monthly financial reports.
• Interacts with the public via in-person, phone, or email communications.
• Prepares court-related documents and schedules hearings; coordinates document flow.
• May supervise and train subordinate court personnel and assist in hiring.
