Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent; plus two years of varied administrative experience performing a wide range of technical office duties.
• Advanced knowledge of court procedures and policies, and ability to work with automated case management systems.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and manage time effectively in a high-volume environment.

Responsabilidades

• Performs case processing in receiving and initiating case files.
• Reviews legal documents and determines processing required in accordance with court rules.
• Assists with accounting duties and prepares financial reports.
• Interacts with the public and provides customer service without giving legal advice.
• Prepares court orders, calendars, notices, and coordinates document flow for court assignments.
• Provides training to new staff and assists with workload distribution.
