Responsibilities

• Process criminal set-aside cases and prepare related documents for imaging and filing.
• Manage probate case documents, initiate filings, and update contact information in the case management system.
• Assist attorneys, litigants, and the public by phone and in person with case inquiries and document handling.
• Maintain accuracy of case files and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Support workload distribution and adapt tasks as needed.
