CASES, a New York City agency at the intersection of behavioral health and the criminal justice system, seeks a Court Representative to manage admissions, coordinate with judges and prosecutors, and support participants through Supervised Release in Manhattan.

This full-time, in-office role runs Tuesday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, emphasizes accurate documentation, respectful court interactions, and culturally competent, anti-racist service delivery.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of relevant work experience.
• Ability to function effectively in a high-paced, high-stakes environment.
• Excellent public speaking and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain relationships with judges, prosecutors, defense counsel, and court partners.
• Review arrest information and RAP sheet to determine eligibility for Supervised Release.
• Conduct screenings and interviews and provide supervision recommendations.
• Explain Supervised Release conditions to participants and ensure understanding.
• Meet intake targets and maintain quality pretrial standards.
• Accompany participants to court and advocate to judges for continued supervision.
• Document case information accurately in the case record database.
