Qualifications

• Two years of full-time work experience in a business environment with clerical duties and customer service.
• Cash handling experience is desirable.
• Knowledge of modern office practices and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Receives and examines legal documents for sufficiency and filing.
• Assists the public at the counter and via phone with procedural information.
• Maintains and updates data in manual and automated record keeping systems.
• Prepares and files legal documents, assigns codes, and retrieves files.
• Computes and records payments of fines and fees; balances daily cash.
