You will recruit interpreters, negotiate rates, and coordinate travel, while providing admin support and QA of materials.

Qualifications

• Three years of experience in court operations or scheduling, social services, communications, or a closely related field.
• Experience performing a variety of clerical or administrative support tasks with strict deadlines in a busy business or professional setting.
• Experience coordinating schedules and maintaining calendars for multiple people.
• Experience and skill in writing and reviewing documents for accuracy, content, grammar, and punctuation.

Responsibilities

• Schedule interpreters for circuit courts statewide and coordinate their assignments.
• Recruit prospective interpreters and negotiate pay rates; arrange travel as needed.
• Maintain lists of interpreters and agencies; reassign or cancel interpreters based on changing needs.
• Provide administrative support by drafting correspondence, retrieving records, and conducting research.
