Job summary

The Clerk and the Bankruptcy Administrator of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of North Carolina are seeking a permanent Information Technology Administrator to join their team in Raleigh.

You will provide technical support to court staff and judges, manage networks and servers, maintain security, and support courtroom audio/visual systems, websites, and court applications, with occasional travel.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to the clerk’s staff, bankruptcy administrator’s staff, judges, chambers, and the public.
• Maintain and administer networks and servers, including virtual environments, and support Microsoft products and court applications.
• Install, troubleshoot, and maintain hardware, software, operating systems, and applications; support courtroom A/V technology.
• Develop and maintain technical procedures and documentation; assist with IT procurement and asset tracking.
