Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in criminal justice, human services, psychology, or related field.
• Associate's degree in criminal justice, human services, psychology, or related field and two years' experience in the court system, paralegal work, or other directly related experience.
• High school or GED diploma and four years of experience in the court system, paralegal work, or other directly related experience.

Responsibilities

• Intake of all new supervised and unsupervised probation cases.
• Interviewing offenders and entering data into the appropriate software system.
• Assigning offenders for supervision and determining interpreter service needs.
• Identifying accommodations under the ADA and providing reporting instructions to offenders.
• Processing intrastate and interstate transfer cases out of court.
• Coordinate with judges, lawyers, District Attorneys, Clerk of Court, and law enforcement in court settings.
• Monitor compliance for community service offenders and supervise work hours.

Education
