The Jackson County Circuit Court in Medford, Oregon, is hiring a Financial Services Clerk/Cashier (Court Operations Clerk). You will spend time at the customer service counter handling financial transactions, answering questions about balances and payments, and supporting case management tasks.

This full-time role requires a high school diploma and clerical experience, with exposure to confidential information.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least one year of clerical experience in a moderately complex office setting.
• Experience with clerical or administrative duties and working with data.

Responsabilités

• Assist the public with filing fees and payments.
• Process payments, post funds to cases, and balance cash drawer.
• Enter new cases into the case management system; update contact information.
• Schedule court appearances and trials; respond to inquiries by phone, in person, and in writing.
• Determine eligibility for court-appointed attorneys and document in records.
