Job summary

Frontier Behavioral Health seeks licensed psychologists to join our Spokane team as Court Evaluators. You will review records, conduct brief clinical interviews, and provide expert testimony on involuntary treatment needs.

The Staff Psychologist will also handle testing, supervision of interns, and treatment planning within inpatient contexts. Travel within the Spokane area may be required; a reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license are necessary.

Qualifications

• Doctorate degree in psychology or related field.
• Licensed psychologist or eligible in Washington state within 6 months of employment.
• Must have unrestricted valid driver’s license and willingness to use personal vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Conduct diagnostic interviews and records reviews for outpatient psychological assessment.
• Administer, score, and interpret assessment measures.
• Prepare written reports with patient history, results, diagnosis, and treatment recommendations.
• Provide assessment feedback to clients and treatment teams.
• Provide civil commitment evaluations and expert testimony as needed.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams for discharge planning.
• File court documents and petitions related to involuntary treatment.
