Job summary

The Clerk's Office of the U.S. District Court for the District of Oregon seeks a Data Quality Analyst in the Portland Division to assure veracity and efficiency of the case information system.

You will QA electronic entries, analyze accuracy and timeliness, and develop training and procedural documentation. Responsibilities include QC across the district, data compilation for monthly reports, and advising on error trends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent plus two years of specialized experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; legal setting experience desirable.
• CM/ECF experience highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Performs second level quality control district-wide by reviewing data and taking corrective actions to ensure accuracy of data, filings, and official records in CM/ECF.
• Assists with first level QC to ensure accuracy and completeness of official caserecords from opening to final disposition.
• Compiles data for monthly reports documenting quality and quantity of work by staff.
• Advises supervisors on error trends and recommends procedural changes.
