University of Brighton is seeking a Course Administrator to support staff and students. You'll work with the Academic Administration Manager and Senior Course Administrators to plan, prioritise and manage a range of activities.
Based at Moulsecoomb Campus with opportunities for some remote working within the UK, the role emphasises customer service, information provision on services and policies, and high-quality administrative support for course teams.

If so, then we would love to hear from you Working with the Academic Administration Manager and Senior Course Administrators, you will utilise your strong administrative and organisational skills to plan, prioritise and manage a range of work activities. This includes handling enquiries received through different routes, providing information and advice on University-wide services, policies and procedures, and administrative support for course teams. We will also want you to provide a friendly and efficient service for students, staff, visitors, and other external stakeholders, within agreed customer service levels and standards.
The role is based on our Moulsecoomb Campus but there are opportunities for some remote working too.
