A leading company in logistics is seeking a Delivery Swing Driver in Louisville, Kentucky. The role involves operating vehicles for package delivery and pickup, ensuring service standards are met. Six (6) months courier experience preferred. Must demonstrate area knowledge.
Ability to lift 50 lbs. Ability to maneuver packages of any weight above 50 lbs with appropriate equipment and/or assistance. Good human relations and verbal communication skills. Knowledge of the station's service area preferred. Demonstrated adaptability, dependability, and excellent courier methods.
Neat appearance required due to customer contact. Must meet and maintain qualifications outlined in FMCSA or FAA regulations, including a medical exam. Must obtain and maintain a valid driver’s license with a good driving record as per policy. This is a safety-sensitive position requiring alertness and safe work practices.
Availability Monday through Friday, sometime between 6:00 am and 6:00 pm. Shifts are based on operational needs.
This range is an estimate of the current starting salary across locations. Actual pay depends on experience, market, location, and other factors. Eligible employees may receive additional pay, premiums, or bonuses. Benefits include health, vision, dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement.
Hourly rate: $25.88; Overtime: $25.88 - $36.50
